Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead affordable housing developments across Lincolnshire. You will manage schemes valued £1m–£15m with a total programme up to £70m, from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You’ll work with Homes England, authorities, developers, and contractors, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, compliance, and sustainable, energy-efficient homes for local communities.

Qualifications

• A project management qualification or relevant experience delivering development projects.
• Experience in planning, procurement, and contract management on multi-site schemes.
• Knowledge of land acquisitions, site appraisals, due diligence, and property transactions.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners, developers, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of development schemes from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery against timescales, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Manage land acquisitions, legal agreements, and property transactions.
• Collaborate with developers, contractors, consultants, and legal teams.
• Proactively monitor progress, risks, and financial performance across schemes.
• Produce reports and present updates to senior teams and stakeholders.
