Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a Development Project Manager to deliver affordable homes across Lincolnshire. You will manage schemes from £1m to £15m, with a total programme value up to £70m, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with Homes England, mayoral authorities, developers, and contractors. The role is primarily based in Grimsby or Boston, with occasional travel across Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a project management qualification or has relevant delivery experience in development projects.
• Experience delivering multi-tenure or mixed-use housing developments is desirable.
• Knowledge of land acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of development schemes from inception through delivery.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Manage relationships with Homes England, authorities, developers, and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, cashflows, and procurement of consultants and services.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
