A leading company in the UK is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee the delivery of social and affordable housing projects. This role involves managing projects from site identification to completion, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting the Development team. What will your role be?
As the Development Project Manager, you will support the Development team and South Liverpool Homes with the delivery of new social/affordable rented and shared ownership homes. Ensuring that Homes England Grant funding is obtained and scheme compliance with Capital Funding Audit requirements. You’ll take responsibility for the management of projects from identification of sites, financial appraisal and managing the legal aspects of the projects through to practical completion on site and handover.
