Job summary

Albyn Housing Society Ltd is seeking a Development Officer to lead new-build, refurbishment and retrofit projects across the Highlands. You will manage projects from inception to completion, liaising with design teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high quality, cost-efficient homes for tenants and communities.

Ideally you will have experience in development/construction, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing projects and a sound understanding of the development/construction process.
• A can-do, results focussed attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong and positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong time-management & organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage new-build, refurbishment and retrofit projects from inception to completion, coordinating with design teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high quality, low maintenance homes.
• Contribute to the Highland Region development programme and travel to sites as required.
• Support the delivery of tangible benefits to tenants and communities through effective project leadership.
