Job summary

Albyn Housing Society is seeking a motivated Development Officer to lead new-build, refurbishment and retrofit projects across the Highlands. You will manage programmes from inception to completion, coordinating design teams, contractors and tenants to deliver high quality, low maintenance homes with strong community impact.

The role combines office and remote working with travel to development sites, requiring excellent communication, time management and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and a sound understanding of the development/construction process.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Full UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage new-build, refurbishment and retrofit from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver high quality, low maintenance homes.
• Deliver projects across the Highland Region, with a mix of office and site travel.
