South Lakes Housing in Kendal is seeking a full-time Development Officer to drive our new homes programme, lead on S106 and acquisitions, and support land-led development from concept to handover.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage a varied portfolio of schemes, and work across Development, Sales and the wider organisation to keep schemes moving and deliver high-quality homes for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on delivery of our new homes programme, including Section 106 (S106) and acquisitions.
• Support land-led development and lead on land-led schemes where required.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to keep schemes moving.
