Job summary

Alpha Living is seeking a Development Manager to deliver a resident-focused housing management service across our sheltered housing developments. You will work closely with residents, families and partner agencies to promote independence and excellent customer service.

The role involves tenancy support, income management, safeguarding referrals, and supervising on-site staff, with a focus on safe, vibrant communities for older residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a resident-focused housing management service across sheltered housing developments.
• Be the key point of contact for residents, providing advice and practical support.
• Promote independence and high-quality customer service.
• Manage tenancy matters, rent accounts, and referrals to maximise occupancy.
• Oversee health and safety checks, repairs monitoring and contractor liaison.
• Develop and review resident support plans and line manage housekeeping staff.
