Title: Development Manager

Location: London, West End

I am partnered with a superb Development Management firm, an international market leader in real estate. They are now seeking a Development Manager to join their team.

This is a brilliant and lean team with a diverse scheme portfolio, including logistics, warehousing, offices, mixed-use, and more.

They are seeking a RICS accredited candidate with proven development experience, ideally on the client or occupier side. However, they are flexible regarding the exact experience required.

The duties will include:

• Development management for a diverse portfolio including industrial, warehouse, and office assets
• Collaborating with occupiers to ensure developments meet their business goals
• Producing development appraisals using Excel and Argus
• Originate new transactions and conclude lease agreements
• Working with the Marketing team to optimize scheme representation
• Coordinating with design, construction, project management, marketing, and asset management teams
• Exploring development opportunities nationally and in Europe
• Negotiating and influencing asset enhancement strategies
• Maintaining strong occupier relationships throughout project cycles

The candidate will ideally possess:

• Established development experience, preferably on the landlord or occupier side
• Experience in industrial/logistics sectors is highly beneficial
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements and transactions
