Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and developing technical teams.

Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform and Snowflake.
Familiarity with regulatory, risk, security and compliance requirements.

Hands-on technical capabilities with leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-skilled development team.
Manage agile delivery including sprint planning and releases.
Drive standards across Azure Integration Services, Power Platform and Snowflake.
Oversee designs, quality, processes and metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, security requirements.
