Job summary

TrinityBridge Limited seeks a Development Delivery Manager to lead the in-house development team and partner resources. You will shape delivery across initiatives, ensuring sprint alignment and quality across the Azure, Power Platform, and Snowflake stack.

You’ll drive standards, tooling, and governance while collaborating with senior stakeholders to balance priorities and risks. You will manage and grow multi-disciplinary teams, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic IT

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing small multi-skill teams.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and aligning priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop in-house development team and partner resourcing.
• Align sprint scope with team capacity and deliver releases on time.
• Define and improve development standards, patterns, and guardrails across the tech stack.
• Ensure QA issues are triaged and resolved to enable onward delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities, timelines and dependencies.
