Competenze

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting background.
• Experience in financial accounting, control and development accounting.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills; able to explain complex data clearly.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of financial accounting, control and reporting for development projects.
• Manage WIP, assets under construction and transfer to fixed assets.
• Review project expenditure for capitalisation, impairments and provisions.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Manage VAT and CIS compliance relating to development activities.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting and audit requirements.
