Job summary

The CFO HQ in Watford seeks a seasoned Development Finance Director to lead origination, structuring and underwriting of development finance deals. You will build and maintain strong ties with developers and intermediaries, shaping a growth-focused lending function.

You will own the lending portfolio from opportunity through to completion and redemption, driving value and risk management across the cycle in a collaborative leadership role.
