You will help manage market analysis, build networks of external contacts, and ensure compelling information about WBR’s impact is shared effectively. This remote role supports strategic priorities and external engagement.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering events with external stakeholders or high-profile partners.
  • Experience across communications, events, partnerships, or advocacy/influencing activity.
  • Experience building relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for collaboration and external engagement.
  • Experience undertaking market or sector analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experience producing or coordinating high-quality communications and engagement materials for different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operational support for UK events, including liaising with venues, partners, and suppliers; coordinating travel and logistics and creating event documentation.
  • Represent WBR UK at events, lead events on the day, recruit and manage volunteers, and maintain related records.
  • Draft communications and materials to support advocacy and partnerships; maintain a database of UK journalists and agencies and liaise with them as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key organisations and individuals in the UK influencing and advocacy space to support collaboration and external engagement.
  • Undertake market and stakeholder analysis to inform WBR’s events, communications, advocacy, and partnerships in the UK.
  • Support reporting, data, and administrative tasks across the events portfolio using the CRM and related systems.
