Job summary

Women for Women International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Global Communications & External Engagement Manager to lead content creation for UK and global channels, manage press relations and external partnerships, and plan events to support fundraising and brand goals.

You will split focus: 60% on global external engagement and 40% on UK channel communications, working with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR and media relations across UK and US.
• Proven ability to craft compelling editorial content for multiple channels.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Willingness to travel up to four times a year as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK and global communications content planning.
• Develop press releases, op-eds, and thought leadership.
• Manage media and influencer relations across regions.
• Coordinate events and fundraising campaigns for impact.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and donor journeys.
• Report on KPIs and budgets to senior leadership.
