Job summary

University College School in London is seeking a Development Operations Manager to grow our contactable community and improve data quality for fundraising and alumni engagement. You will lead on database management, audience segmentation and reporting, ensuring data integrity and training users across DACE, Finance and the Data Office.

Working within the Development Office, you will oversee import processes, KPI reporting and the delivery of data-driven insights to support strategic campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a database and delivering data insights.
• Ability to create and implement data processes.
• Strong data protection awareness and PECR knowledge.
• Proven ability to manipulate large datasets and run complex queries.
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management, hygiene and quality improvements.
• Oversee system management and prospect research.
• Provide data-rich insights and reports to inform work.
• Manage alumni and supporter database and imports/exports.
• Train users across teams to use data tools effectively.
• Support logistics of team projects and KPI reporting.
