A well-established, stable housing developer is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator for their team based in Derby due to continued growth. The role will primarily focus on local and affordable housing schemes across the East Midlands and is an office-based position.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Technical Director, ensuring the company fulfills its contractual responsibilities for the coordination of construction details, managing the flow of design information, and working on projects at different stages from pre-construction to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected and stable developer with several live and upcoming projects across the Midlands. The Technical Coordinator will typically coordinate 3-5 projects simultaneously, each at different stages from tender to delivery. Candidates with an architectural background are preferred but not essential.
