This innovative food business is a trend-setter in its category, launching a wide range of products each year. With their ambitious NPD (New Product Development) strategy, they are seeking a highly talented Development Chef to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head Development Chef, you will be part of a large NPD team creating new ranges by translating food and restaurant trends into market-leading products for a prestigious retailer.

You will work closely with your customer to understand their requirements and impress them with your culinary knowledge and passion. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, you will present new ideas confidently and influence your customer with creativity and flair.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure your products are commercially viable, on-trend, and first to market.

The Person

We are looking for an inventive and talented Development Chef with experience in NPD within a food manufacturing environment, ideally for UK retailers.
