Contract: Open-ended (permanent)
An opportunity has arisen to join the University of Edinburgh in the catering department as a Development Chef. The role will be based in our training/development kitchen at Pollock Halls in Edinburgh.
As a Development Chef, you will work closely with the University culinary leads in developing our food offerings, managing our recipe bank, liaising with suppliers, and bringing innovation to our food and menu development.
