We’re looking for a Development Administrator Apprentice to join our New Build Housing Development team, where you’ll gain valuable experience whilst studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on an 18-month fixed-term basis.

You’ll start out with a Business Admin apprenticeship (Level 3) to gain practical skills and real-world experience in the housing development sector.
You’ll work in our New Build Housing Development team and provide administrative support to colleagues delivering our new build programme. The team oversees the development of new affordable homes and communities, working with a wide range of partners from landowners and contractors to local authorities and consultants. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst completing your apprenticeship qualification and play an important role in helping us provide much-needed homes for our customers.
