Mattioli Woods in Leicester (hybrid) is seeking an Investment Operations Administrator on a 12-month FTC to support the Client Dealing team. You will monitor client cash, process trades and help invest client monies in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work with Investment Managers, CRMs and the Finance team, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate fee deductions and reporting. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication and ability to work across teams.
• Proactive, organised approach with ability to prioritise workload.
• Desire to obtain industry qualifications to at least Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Process trades including client cash investments, sales, withdrawals and model portfolio switches.
• Liaise with Investment Managers, CRMs and the Investment Operations team on dealing instructions.
• Prioritise and manage workload to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate deduction and reporting of fees.
• Manage the centralised mailbox and assist with project work and process improvements.
