Role Overview:

Seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Developer Relations professional to join a small but dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between the technical teams and the developer community. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for blockchain technology.

You will actively engage with blockchain and crypto Web3 communities across various platforms, serving as the organisation's representative and the go-to person for developers seeking assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead developer engagement initiatives across EMEA, aligning with go-to-market objectives.
• Plan and host local events, meetups, and hackathons to drive education and community growth.
• Represent the company at blockchain and crypto conferences, delivering presentations tailored for developers.
• Build a comprehensive technical content library, incorporating AI integrations and tooling to enhance product understanding and establish industry trust.
• Advocate for developers, ensuring their needs are addressed in the evolving blockchain and crypto space.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners in EMEA to strengthen the company's reputation for transparency and trust.
• Create impactful technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and code samples, to educate and engage developers.
• Work with internal teams to develop and implement content strategies that foster community growth.
• Actively engage with developers through various channels, providing support and gathering insights for product improvements.
• Maintain high standards for content quality, ensuring relevance and value for the developer audience.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide content strategy and community initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive technical experience within a Developer OR DevRel role, with a deep understanding and passion for blockchain technology and Web3.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in content creation and community engagement, ideally in developer relations or advocacy.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages and development tools; experience with Solidity is a plus.
• Ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for initiatives and driving them to success.
