About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter with a strong background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to create compelling content for our crypto exchange. The ideal candidate will have a track record of producing engaging, informative, and creative content that resonates with both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers to the space.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Phase (Day 1):

• Develop a content strategy aligned with our crypto exchange's brand voice and target audience
• Create a content calendar for various platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters)
• Write engaging copy for our website's main pages, emphasizing our unique value proposition
• Develop a glossary of crypto terms to ensure consistent language usage across all content
• Establish tone of voice guidelines for different types of content and audiences

Ongoing:

• Produce regular blog posts, articles, and whitepapers on crypto trends, blockchain technology, and financial topics
• Craft compelling social media content to increase engagement and grow our online community
• Write clear and concise copy for product launches, new feature announcements, and promotional campaigns
• Develop educational content to help users understand crypto concepts and how to use our exchange
• Collaborate with the design team to create infographics and other visual content
• Write email newsletters to keep our user base informed and engaged
• Adapt content for different audiences, from crypto novices to experienced traders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the crypto and blockchain space
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
• Proven track record of creating engaging content in the crypto and blockchain space
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
• Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
• Experience in SEO best practices and writing for various digital platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and formats
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus
