Job summary

MPLC is modernising its technology stack and expanding Global Technology Services. The role focuses on building and improving core CRM systems in Salesforce, delivering automation, integrations and scalable business solutions for a global licensing business.

You will work with low-code tools and APIs to expose business capabilities, support a robust quote-to-cash journey, and ensure solutions are documented, tested and deployed with proper controls. Remote with occasional travel applies.

Qualifications

• Solid Salesforce development experience with Apex, Flow and LWC.
• Good judgment on when configuration is preferable to custom code.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and automation platforms.
• Emphasis on testing, documentation and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance MPLC's core CRM and business systems, primarily within Salesforce.
• Develop integrations and APIs to enable a scalable quote-to-cash workflow.

• Build and enhance MPLC's core business applications, primarily within Salesforce, delivering automation, integrations and scalable business solutions.

Requirements

Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, you'll play a key role in rebuilding MPLC's core CRM and business processes. You'll develop solutions across Salesforce, low-code platforms, integrations and APIs, helping create a simpler and more efficient quote-to-cash journey for a global licensing business.

Working closely with the Data & Systems Architect, operational teams and development partners, you'll build solutions that are documented, tested and deployed through proper controls. You'll also contribute to exposing business capabilities through APIs so both people and AI tools can interact with MPLC's systems effectively.

• Salary band: £55,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
• Remote Working with occasional travel.
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and 10 days’ paid sick leave.
