Job summary

WSP invites Development Infrastructure engineers of all levels to join its UK-wide team. You will design and draw for highway projects, deliver planning support reports, and liaise with clients while mentoring junior staff to maintain technical excellence.

The role offers hybrid work options, with opportunities across the UK and a clear path toward Chartered status within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree required with progress toward Chartered status.
• Experience in highway and highway drainage design.
• Experience in masterplans, site appraisals, and planning support reports.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs and drawings for construction projects.
• Deliver technical reports for masterplanning and planning applications.
• Mentor and manage early career professionals to ensure technical excellence.
• Lead day-to-day project management for concept studies and planning/construction outputs.
