Job summary

Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency is looking for a Targeted Youth Services Project Worker to support the delivery of needs-led services for children and young people. This role includes detached youth work, 1:1 support, and facilitating structured group sessions, working closely with vulnerable youth.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in youth work or a related field.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to work with hard-to-reach and vulnerable youth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detached youth work, 1:1 support, and facilitate structured group sessions.
• Plan, deliver, evaluate sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Manage a small caseload and support positive outcomes through targeted interventions.
• Contribute to partnership work and support coordination of localised delivery.
