Job summary

The Junction Foundation is seeking a Targeted Youth Services Project Worker to deliver detached youth work, provide 1:1 support and run structured group sessions for hard-to-reach and vulnerable young people. You will plan, deliver and evaluate sessions, maintain records, manage a small caseload and support local delivery in line with our values.

The Junction is recruiting for a Targeted Youth Services Project Worker

Contract Type:Permanent

We are looking for an inspiring and proactive TYS Project Worker to join our team and support the delivery of a needs-led service for children and young people. In this varied and rewarding role, you will deliver detached youth work, provide 1:1 support, and facilitate structured group sessions, while working closely with hard-to-reach and vulnerable young people.

You will play a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating sessions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting positive outcomes for young people through targeted interventions. This role also involves managing a small caseload, contributing to partnership work, and supporting the coordination of localised delivery, in line with The Junction’s values and approach.
