Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a unique Dorset destination venue. The role involves leading the front-of-house team, supporting management, and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunches and large events.

You will maintain high standards of service and hospitality, manage stock and labour during busy periods, and foster a positive, guest-focused culture in a rural countryside setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a quality restaurant/venue.
• Confident leading a team in a busy operation.
• Natural host who engages with guests.
• Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Organised, hands-on and able to take responsibility during service.
• Comfortable in a rural destination environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with smooth day-to-day running.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house during busy services.
• Maintain exceptional standards across food, drink, service and events.
• Assist with stock management, cash handling and labour control.
