Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a high-quality restaurant, pub or destination venue.
• Commercially astute with proven P&L and cost-control skills.
• Confident managing a fast-paced, all-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house and back of house teams.
• Own sales, labour, stock, budgets and profitability.
• Maintain exceptional standards across food, drink, service and events.
• Drive local engagement, repeat business and destination trade.
• Oversee events calendar and high-volume trading periods.
• Build a positive, energetic, people-focused culture.
