Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or goods out environments.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Experience with WMS or wave picking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are dispatched within deadlines.
• Monitor volumes to keep despatch on track.
• Identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate wave picking and picker capacity.
• Manage Goods Out team and allocate work.
• Oversee picking/packing procedures and packers.
• Serve customers at the trade counter and process payments.
• Ensure stock levels of consumables and order supplies.
• Report issues to Operations Director and maintain safety.
