Job summary

The Despatch Team Leader at The Compleat Food Group will lead and support the despatch team to deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality operation. You will drive performance against key business objectives including Health & Safety, customer service, and continuous improvement, while promoting a culture of safety and quality across the site.

You will analyse data, supervise staff across shifts, and ensure compliance with COP/QA standards, striving to improve processes and achieve OTIF targets

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environments.
• Be conversant with and worked with WMS.
• Have experience managing a workforce of more than 10 people.
• Preferably understand Transport management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support despatch team to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality operations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure health & safety requirements are met.
• Complete audits, investigations, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
