Kepak Group in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Despatch Operative to join our busy site. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 3 on / 3 off days schedule, 6am–6pm, with duties including stock rotation, unloading/loading wagons, and order picking with scanning.

Ideal candidates will have numeracy skills, warehouse experience, and a strong work ethic. English proficiency and team-oriented attitude are essential to support the department and uphold Kepak values.

Qualifications

• Numeracy is essential.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Standard level of education is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring stock is rotated within department.
• Booking in stock and unloading/loading wagons.
• Picking and scanning to orders.
• Primary purpose is to ensure correct products are picked and quantities despatched.
• Being accountable for ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
