Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking Warehouse Despatch Operatives in Newcastle-under-Lyme to pick, pack, and dispatch bakery products and keep despatch records accurate. The role involves loading/unloading vehicles and collaborating with production and logistics to meet schedules. A clean, safe warehouse environment is expected.

Pay rate is £12.71–£13.42 per hour PAYE, with weekly payments and statutory deductions. Flexible shifts 3–5 per week with options between 16:00–23:00 or 17:00–23:00.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Basic numeracy and ability to complete despatch documentation.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or despatch experience is an advantage but not essential.
