Job summary

Quest Employment is recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Lutterworth, LE17. Immediate starts available, weekly pay and regular afternoon/evening hours.

The role includes despatch duties and requires flexibility to stay beyond 9:00pm if needed. As a Despatch Operative, you will process stock for despatch, move goods around the warehouse with equipment, and ensure accurate stock and order information while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Have good attention to detail and a practical approach to warehouse work.
• Previous warehouse, despatch, picking, packing or logistics experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare stock and orders for despatch accurately.
• Move stock safely around the warehouse using the appropriate equipment where required.
• Follow site procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements.
• Check stock and order information for accuracy.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe, organised working environment.
• Work effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements.
• General warehouse and despatch duties as required.
