Job summary

Dunbia Group in Dungannon is seeking full-time Despatch Operatives to support the Retail Despatch Department. You will unload lorries, weigh product, scan items, and help ensure accurate stock rotation and on-time deliveries.

The role requires excellent communication, strong English, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Flexibility to work additional hours is requested, and previous food-industry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service
• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
• Desirable: Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Unloading lorries and weighing product in.
• Scanning product into and back from production.
• Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure.
• Checking yields at the end of production and investigating any issues.
• Scanning pallets.
• Stacking products correctly in the chills.
• Stocktaking.
• Selecting correct orders.
• Loading containers.
• Clerical duties associated with the despatch of products.
