Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Despatch Operative in Llanidloes to ensure the effective and timely movement of carcases and boxed stock onto the assigned refrigerated transport, while maintaining safety, quality and legislative compliance. The role covers from the hang-off area to loading and dispatch, in a physically demanding, safety-critical environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with lifting heavy pallets.
• Willingness to work early shifts.

Responsibilities

• Undertake movement/loading of carcases and boxed stock.
• Load pallets and move heavy pallets.
• Ensure product safety, quality and legality during dispatch.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow SOPs.
