Job summary

Cencora is seeking a dependable Despatch Loader for the Central Service Centre in South Normanton. The role focuses on safe loading/unloading, accurate dispatch, and compliance with operational standards to support healthcare supply chains.

Working a 39-hour week (Mon-Fri, 16:00–00:00), you will help maintain load accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries while collaborating with drivers and colleagues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, despatch, or logistics operations is desirable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow standardized work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles in line with procedures and schedules.
• Complete daily forklift checks and report defects or issues.
• Ensure loads are secured and positioned correctly for transit.
• Maintain accurate records to support KPIs and traceability.
• Support inbound/outbound consignments and third-party network workstreams.
