Contract duration: 6 months initially, with renewal possibility

Location: London

Shift Pattern:

1) Monthly rotation shifts: 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 2nd shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

2) Candidates must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends in the office, ideally once or twice every two months, to support Infrastructure teams with validation checks.

• Support for O365 cloud environments
• Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktops
• Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)
• VPN support, printer support, Wi-Fi, network
• Desk side support role for VVIP clients
• Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams
• European client-facing experience is preferred
