Job summary

Arm is seeking a Deskside Engineer in Cambridge to join an onsite IT team responsible for end-user experience across Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. You will support 10,000 users and collaborate across multiple offices and time zones.

The role is office-based with rota coverage at the Cambridge Tech Hub. Strong focus on user experience, proactive support, and timely resolution will be essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux/Windows/Mac support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Office 365 across various operating systems.
• Ability to work to tight SLAs and KPIs while maintaining end-user experience.
• Nice-to-have: basic hardware fault diagnosis and front-line support experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive support across the key geographic locations.
• Represent the human face of technology to all office users.
• Work as part of a team providing a global support function across Arm offices and time zones.
• Support 10,000 users on Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
• Accountable for the support of technology wherever and however it is used.
