The Role:

Drive the direction and trend for our in-house Showpo brand by sourcing, developing, and designing exciting, on-trend garments from concept to production. Balance creativity with commercial awareness to develop trend-driven ranges that align with budgets and revenue targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Translating visions from the Trend Forecaster into actionable directions, including colour palettes, print, and fabric choices.
• Sourcing and developing fast-to-market pieces that enhance the brand and drive growth.
• Delivering cohesive, commercially viable collections with thoughtful fabric, silhouette, and trim choices.
• Applying a strong eye for trend, colour, fabric, fit, and construction, supported by market knowledge.
• Analyzing reports such as best/worst sellers and category performance to inform design decisions.
• Managing and mentoring an assistant to prepare them for future roles.
• Maintaining high standards for product quality, fit, and continuous improvement with a customer-centric approach.
• Creating detailed tech packs with specifications.
• Meeting critical deadlines for design, delivery, and launch.
• Ensuring ranges meet margin and assortment targets.
