Job summary

B&M Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment, initially as a Designate covering the Lincoln area with flexibility to travel between stores.

As Store Manager you’ll own store performance, drive sales and customer experience, develop your team, and manage every day with energy, resilience and a hands-on approach. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on sales and performance.
• Pride in delivering high store standards and customer experience.
