Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bedfordshire is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to drive performance and lead a fast-paced team across multiple stores. You’ll be accountable for sales, standards and customer experience, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, coach staff, manage stock and make commercial decisions to maximise profit. This designate role may cover several stores and requires travel across the area.
