Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Designate Store Manager to support stores across your region. You will lead teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive strong commercial results while building regional leadership experience.

You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge, maintain stock accuracy and merchandising standards, and collaborate with Store Managers and the Regional Manager to share best practice and prepare for a permanent Store Manager role.

Full flexibility across 5 working days per week, including weekends

Permanent | 38.75 hours per week
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum(depending on experience)

You'll work closely with Store Managers and Regional Managers, helping teams succeed while building the knowledge and experience to take the next step in your career.

What you'll be doing

• Support stores across the region, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
• Coach and develop colleagues, helping teams build confidence, capability and product knowledge.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting stock accuracy, compliance, visual merchandising and promotional activity.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and the Regional Manager to improve performance and share best practice across the region.
• Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to step confidently into a permanent Store Manager role.
