Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a Designate General Manager for the Southern UK / South Coast venues. You will lead a high-volume venue, develop teams, drive revenue and ensure compliant, customer-centric operations.

You’ll work with data to optimize performance, coach managers to become future leaders, and shape a culture where both guests and staff feel valued. The role offers autonomy and real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume, customer-led environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage P&L and use data to drive revenue.
