Job summary

Bredon Hill Academy is seeking a self-motivated Design and Technology Technician to support learning across term-time hours. The role involves preparing resources for lessons and assisting pupils in the workshop to learn in a safe environment.

You will work with small groups to help pupils achieve their best outcomes and may join a classroom teaching assistant vacancy up to 32.5 hours per week. Potential for permanent progression exists.

Qualifications

• Youths-friendly approach and ability to support pupils in lessons.
• Knowledge of workshop tools and practices.
• Experience working with students is advantageous.
