Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a passionate Design & Technology Teacher to join a supportive department in Peterborough. You will deliver engaging lessons across the D&T curriculum, including Product Design, Resistant Materials and Graphics, helping students develop practical skills, creativity and problem-solving from KS3 to KS4 (and potentially KS5).

The role is full-time with a competitive salary (MPS/UPS depending on experience) and a dedicated consultant to support you with CV guidance,

Qualifications

Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Specialism in Design and Technology (Product Design, Engineering, or similar).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
Passion for innovation and creativity in education.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across the Design & Technology curriculum (Product Design, Resistant Materials and Graphics).
Develop practical skills, creativity and critical thinking in students from KS3 to KS4 (and KS5 where applicable).
Contribute to a dynamic and supportive department and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
