Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a passionate Design & Technology Teacher to join a supportive department in Peterborough. You will deliver engaging lessons across the D&T curriculum, including Product Design, Resistant Materials and Graphics, helping students develop practical skills, creativity and problem-solving from KS3 to KS4 (and potentially KS5).

The role is full-time with a competitive salary (MPS/UPS depending on experience) and a dedicated consultant to support you with CV guidance,

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Specialism in Design and Technology (Product Design, Engineering, or similar).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Passion for innovation and creativity in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across the Design & Technology curriculum (Product Design, Resistant Materials and Graphics).
• Develop practical skills, creativity and critical thinking in students from KS3 to KS4 (and KS5 where applicable).

Are you a creative and passionate educator with a drive to inspire the next generation of designers, engineers, and problem-solvers? We are seeking an enthusiastic Design and Technology (D&T) Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department at a forward-thinking secondary school in Peterborough.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons across the Design and Technology curriculum - including Product Design, Resistant Materials, and/or Graphics.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing practical skills, creativity, and critical thinking in students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5).
