Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a passionate Design & Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. You will deliver engaging DT lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring practical skills and creative problem solving.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and the ability to motivate students of varying abilities. Immediate start with a full-time, long-term/permanent contract.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Design & Technology within a UK secondary school.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for practical and creative learning.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of different abilities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities
