Twynham Learning invites applications for Curriculum Team Leader: Art and Design Technology at Twynham School and The Grange School in Christchurch. You will lead Art, Design Technology and Food Technology across two sites, shaping an ambitious, inclusive curriculum and driving excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Design Technology teacher with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes.
• Experience leading across multiple sites within a federation or multi-school trust.
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills to develop staff and provision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Art, Design Technology and Food Technology across two schools.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning and student outcomes across all key stages.
• Shape and deliver an ambitious, innovative and inclusive curriculum across Twynham TGS.
