Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in lead CAD Design or Mechanical Design roles.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor for 3D CAD modeling and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a design engineers team (2 engineers).
• Own the design and drawing processes across the function.
• Produce detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using Inventor.
• Review and streamline design processes to improve efficiency.
• Introduce new technologies, including AI-assisted design tools.
• Support CAM development and manufacturing scale-up.
