Job summary

Confidential, a leading design and manufacturing company, is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant to join their Design Team in London. You will support clients through the sales, design and installation process and deliver excellence in products and service.

The role is office-based, Monday-Friday, core hours 9am-5pm, with flexibility to meet clients' needs. A driving licence is a benefit for visiting client sites across London and the South East; company vehicles are available for those

Qualifications

Experience in a customer facing sales role is essential.
Good telephone manner and clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
Familiarity with Adobe is a benefit.
Strong creative instinct.
Exceptional eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
Liaising with clients and the product design team ensuring tasks are completed to time.
Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects (photos, drawings, etc).
Maintaining internal logs and databases.
